Can I lose weight drinking sugary coffee drinks?
Can I lose weight by consuming nothing but sugary coffee drinks even if they contain hundreds of calories each? Because I still wouldn’t be getting much fat, right? I know it’s not healthy, just wondering what you think.

No, you’d actually put on weight as sugar turns to fat if it’s not burned off. The only way you can lose weight is eat about 1,400 calories a day and burn off more than you take in. If you take in less calories, you’re body goes into starvation mode and holds onto the fat.
